Prior to DM Strategy, the founder built and led a boutique fintech advisory firm working with companies across multiple jurisdictions. Through this work, he has been directly involved in dozens of licensing, banking, and structuring projects - spanning payments, crypto, and regulated financial services.
Working closely with founders operating in complex regulatory environments revealed a consistent pattern: early decisions around structure, licensing strategy, and banking access often determine whether a business can scale - or stall - long before execution begins.
